Last updated: October 27, 2026

Internal Automations Inc. (“we”, “us”) provides AI strategy and implementation services. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit internalautomations.com or get in touch with us, and how we use it.

Information you give us

If you contact us through the form on this site or by email, we collect what you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, and the details of your message. We use it only to respond to you, set up a conversation, and provide any services you ask us for.

Information collected automatically

We use Google Analytics and Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed, how people arrive, and roughly where they are located. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this; Cloudflare Web Analytics does not. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you, and we do not use advertising trackers or sell your information. You can opt out of Google Analytics at any time with Google’s browser add-on or by blocking cookies in your browser. Like any website, the services that deliver it also process basic technical data, such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested, to serve the site and keep it secure.

Service providers

We rely on a small number of providers to run this site and our business. They process data on our behalf and only as needed to provide their service:

Each provider has its own privacy policy that governs how it handles data. Some of these providers store or process information outside Canada, including in the United States, where it may be subject to the laws of that country.

How we share information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share it only with the providers listed above, or when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep contact and project correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you, work with you, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Your choices and rights

We handle personal information in line with British Columbia’s Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable Canadian privacy law. You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to withdraw your consent and stop us contacting you. Depending on where you live, including the EU, UK, Canada (under PIPEDA and BC PIPA), and some U.S. states, you may have additional rights under local privacy laws. To make a request, email [email protected]. We will respond to any request within 30 days.

Security

We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we limit access to your information to what is needed to work with you.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we update this policy, we will post the new version on this page and change the date at the top.
